    Step 7. Summary​

    This step provides an overview of the selected export data and settings. The window displays information corresponding to each step of the wizard.

    Settings

    Type & Time Frame

    • Type: Displays the selected export type.

    • Description: Optional description of the export.

    • Time Frame: This shows the data range for export. It includes all data for selected events within the specified period, as well as data associated with messages sent within this period (or up to 30 days prior).

      • Export Specific Messages: Max export is 31 days per file. For longer periods, create multiple exports.

      • Export All Messages: With the correct permissions (Permission 166: Data Import and Export: Maximum Time Frames), you can export up to 365 days.

    Message Selection

    • Groups: Displays the number of selected groups.

    • Messages: Displays the number of selected messages or categories.

    • Total Messages: Total number of messages included in the export.

    Exported Data

    • Identifiers: Number of user identifiers selected.

    • General Information: Number of general information options included.

    • Groups and Messages: Group and message data types selected.

    • Events: Events with at least one exported data point.

    • Standard Attributes: Number of standard attributes selected.

    • Custom Attributes: Number of custom attributes selected.

    • Member Attributes: Number of member attributes included.

    • Group Attributes: Number of group attributes selected.

    Export Configuration

    • Format: File format of the export.

    • Encoding: File encoding used.

    • Export Even If Empty: Indicates if a file is exported when no data is available.

    • Split Files: This shows if the export is divided into smaller files.

    • Compression: Compression method applied to the export file.

    • File Name: Structure of the export file name.

    • Destination: Location where the export file is saved.

    Actions

    • Cancel: Terminates the process with an additional confirmation. Unsaved changes will be lost.

    • Back: Returns to the previous step of the wizard.

    • Save: Saves the export configuration and returns to the Export Overview window. The saved settings can be reused for additional exports.
