2. Click **Import**.
3. Select your file and configure the import settings:
  - **File Type**: *Text* or *XML*
  - **List Type:***Clear-text*or*MD5*
  - **Character Set**: e.g., *UTF-8*
  - **Import Mode**:
    - *Add* – Append entries to the existing blacklist
    - *Replace* – Overwrite the entire blacklist with your file
    - *Delete* – Remove specified entries from the blacklist
4. Click **Import**.

The logged-in user who performs the import will receive a confirmation email with the import status.

### 2. Manually Add Entries

Use this method to add individual entries directly via the UI (e.g., via copy & paste).

1. Go to *Audience > Blacklist > System Blacklist*
2. Click **Create**.
3. Select the **List Type**: *Clear-text*or*MD5*.
4. Enter one or more entries, each on a separate line:
  - Email
  - Mobile Number
  - Domain
5. Click **Save**.

A success message will confirm that the entries have been added to the system blacklist.

---
