Additional Information - CI Segments

Look up available CI Segments 

There is a dedicated module so you can view all available CI Segments. Go to Audience > Segmentation > CI Segments.

Define CI Segments for automatic recalculation 

CI Segments actively used in Engage will automatically be updated every 24 hours.
You can force automatic recalculation on CI Segments that are not actively used, for example, if you want to use them on the following day and need them to be updated by then. 

1. Go to Audience > Segmentation > CI Segments

2. Use the checkboxes on the right to select segments for automated recalculation

3. Press the ON button to activate segments for automated recalculation

4. The value of the "Force daily refreshment" column [3] has been changed. 

5. Use the OFF button to deactivate automated recalculation.

Daily CI Segment recalculation limits 

There is a limit of CI Segments for automated recalculation. If this limit is exceeded, you won’t be able to: 

1. select more CI Segments to be refreshed daily

2. publish a Segmentation Builder selection the use of a new CI Segment 

You can still use the CI Segments already in use or those selected to be force refreshed daily.
