# Approvers List

## Purpose

Use this window to create or edit a list of system users who are allowed to review and approve messages for specific groups.

## Prerequisites

To create or edit an approvers list, you need permissions related to:

- Viewing system users
- Creating, editing, or deleting approvers lists

To use an approvers list, you need permission to use approvers lists.

> Permission availability depends on your system role.

## Navigation Path

*User Management > System Users > Approvers Lists*

Click **Create** or **Edit** to open the *Approvers List* window.

## Settings

| **Setting** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Name | Name of the approvers list. |
| Approvers | System users who are authorized to review and approve messages for the group. |

## Actions

| **Action** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Add | Opens the *Approvers List* search window to add system users. |
| Remove | Removes the selected system users from the list. |
