Approvers List: Overview

Introduction

Approvers lists define which system users are allowed to review and approve messages before they are sent. Approvers lists are used by Message Moderation and are assigned to groups to enforce a review process prior to message sendout.

Each group can have one approvers list assigned. Approvers lists are created centrally and can be reused across multiple groups.

Setting

Description

ID

Unique identifier automatically assigned to each list.

Name

Descriptive name of the approvers list.

Members

Total number of system users assigned to the list.

Last Change

Timestamp of the most recent update to the list.


Additional Information

  • All members must exist as system users before they can be added to a list.

  • Deleting an approvers list can affect message moderation for groups that use the list.
