    Purpose​

    This window provides an overview of all the approver's lists that are stored on your Mapp Engage system. Here you create and manage lists of system users who can review and approve messages for specific groups on your system.

    What can I do in this window?

    • Create an approvers list in your system

    • Edit the name of the list and manage which system users are assigned to the list

    • Delete the selected approver's list from Mapp Engage

    Description

    ​ ID​

    Shows the ID number that Mapp Engage assigns automatically when a new approvers list is added to the system.

    ​Name​

    Shows the name of the approver's list.

    Members

    Shows how many system users the list contains.

    Last Change

    Shows the most recent date on which the list was edited.

    Change Display Options​

    Description

    ​Filter​

    Filters information on the overview according to the values in the filter fields.

    ​Remove Filter​

    Removes all filters and displays all available information.

    Sorts the order in which Mapp Engage displays the records in the overview. The records are sorted by the value in the selected column. Click the arrows to sort the list in the opposite direction.

    By default, records are sorted by name from A to Z and 0–9.

    ​Visible Rows​

    Changes the number of rows that are displayed per page.

    Navigates to the next or previous page of results. The arrows appear when not all entries can be displayed on one page.
