# Approvers List: Overview

## Purpose

Use this view to see the approvers lists in your system and to create, edit, or delete them. An approvers list defines which system users can approve messages in groups that use message moderation. For how approvers lists work, see [Message Moderation](/v1/docs/message-moderation).

*User Management > System Users > Approvers Lists*

## Settings

| Setting | Description |
| --- | --- |
| ID | Unique identifier automatically assigned to each list. |
| Name | Descriptive name of the approvers list. |
| Members | Total number of system users assigned to the list. |
| Last Change | Timestamp of the most recent update to the list. |

## Actions

| Action | Description |
| --- | --- |
| **Create** | Opens the [Approvers List](/v1/docs/approvers-list-window) window to create a new list. |
| **Edit** | Opens the selected list in the [Approvers List](/v1/docs/approvers-list-window) window. |
| **Delete** | Deletes the selected list. |

## Additional Information

- All members must exist as system users before they can be added to a list.
- Deleting an approvers list can affect message moderation for groups that use the list.
