Approvers Search (window)

Navigation Path
In the main navigation, click User Management > System Users > System Users
Click Approvers Lists.
In the Actions column, click > Edit.
Click Add.
Purpose
This window lets you search your Mapp Engage system for specific system users and select them for addition to an approvers list.
Prerequisites
To create an approvers list, your role in the system requires the following permission:
Approvers List: Create 2310
To use and manage an approvers list, your system role requires additional permissions:
System Administration: View All System Users 2001 or System Administration: View and Edit All System Users 2000
Approvers List: Edit 2311
Approvers List: Delete 2312
Approvers List: Use 2309
Group Administration: Edit Group Settings 402
Group Administration: View Group 404
Search Criteria
Enter one or more characters for your search criteria. You can combine multiple search criteria.
Criteria | Description |
---|---|
ID | The Engage ID of the Approver |
Email Address | Defines the email address to use as criteria for the search. Mapp Engage only searches the local part of the email address (the characters that appear before the @ symbol). |
First Name | Defines the first name to use as criteria for the search. |
Last Name | Defines the last name to use as criteria for the search. |
System Role | Defines the system role to use as criteria for the search. |
Actions
Action | Description |
---|---|
Clear | Removes the values that are entered in the search fields. |
Search | Applies the search criteria that are entered in the input fields. Mapp Engage displays all system users who match the search criteria. |
Select | Adds all selected system users to the approver's input field. To select one or more system users in the search results, activate the checkbox next to the system user. |
