Purpose
Use this view to search for system users and add them to an approvers list.
Navigation Path
User Management > System Users > Approvers Lists
Open an approvers list and select Add to open the Approvers Search view.
Prerequisites
To search for and select approvers, you need permissions related to:
Viewing system users
Editing approvers lists
Note
Permission availability depends on your system role.
Search Criteria
You can search for system users using one or more of the following criteria:
Criteria | Description |
|---|---|
ID | Engage ID of the system user. |
Email address | Email address of the system user. Only the local part (before @) is searched. |
First name | First name of the system user. |
Last name | Last name of the system user. |
System role | System role assigned to the system user. |
Actions
Action | Description |
|---|---|
Search | Displays system users that match the entered criteria. |
Select | Adds the selected system users to the approvers list. |
Clear | Clears all entered search criteria. |
