# Approvers Search

## Purpose

Use this view to search for system users and add them to an approvers list.

## Navigation Path

*User Management > System Users > Approvers Lists*

Open an approvers list and select **Add** to open the *Approvers Search* view.

## Prerequisites

To search for and select approvers, you need permissions related to:

- Viewing system users
- Editing approvers lists

> Permission availability depends on your system role.

## Search Criteria

You can search for system users using one or more of the following criteria:

| **Criteria** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| ID | Engage ID of the system user. |
| Email address | Email address of the system user. Only the local part (before @) is searched. |
| First name | First name of the system user. |
| Last name | Last name of the system user. |
| System role | System role assigned to the system user. |

## Actions

| **Action** | **Description** |
| --- | --- |
| Search | Displays system users that match the entered criteria. |
| Select | Adds the selected system users to the approvers list. |
| Clear | Clears all entered search criteria. |
