Goal
Archive messages to remove them from active views without deleting their data, and reactivate them when needed.
Procedures
Archive Messages
Open the overview that contains the message you want to archive.
Select one or more messages.
Click Archive.
Result
The messages are moved to the archive and no longer appear in active lists.
Reactivate Messages
Open the message overview.
Display archived messages using the available filter or toggle.
Select the message you want to restore.
Click Reactivate
Result
The message returns to the active list and can be used again.
