# Archive and Reactivate Messages

## Goal

Archive messages to remove them from active views without deleting their data, and reactivate them when needed.

## Procedures

### Archive Messages

1. Open the overview that contains the message you want to archive.
2. Select one or more messages.
3. Click **Archive**.

**Result**

The messages are moved to the archive and no longer appear in active lists.

### Reactivate Messages

1. Open the message overview.
2. Display archived messages using the available filter or toggle.
3. Select the message you want to restore.
4. Click **Reactivate**

**Result**

The message returns to the active list and can be used again.
