# Boost Open Rates and Conversions with an AI-crafted Email Subject Line

Mapp AI Assistant integrates ChatGPT into the message creation process. You can ask AI to optimize your email subject line when creating an email message.

| Step | Navigation path | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 1 | *Create New > Message > Email Message > Create* | Generate & modify - Input the original subject line and click **AI suggestion** - From the Task drop-down list, select **Evaluate & improve current subject line** - If needed, provide additional information such as **Topic description**, **Tone**, and **Reader** - Click **Generate** - If needed, enter additional requests in the **Modify output**field and click **Modify** - Click **Re-generate**to get a different suggestion.
