Overview

The Calendar provides a time-based, consolidated view of all scheduled and sent messages across channels, including email, SMS, mobile push, web push, and in-app. It helps you plan, track, and manage communication activity to optimize message timing and frequency.

Use the calendar to identify communication gaps or overlaps, preview message content, and adjust plans. It supports detailed filtering, permission-based access, and access to message statistics.

Certain actions in the Calendar require specific group permissions:

  • View sent messages – Group permission 605 (Messaging: View Sent Messages)

  • View message statistics – Group permission 608 (Messaging: View Message Statistics)

  • Reschedule messages – Group permission 618 (Messaging: Schedule Message Sendout)
