General Information
The Behavioral attribute offers an expanded spectrum of profile data based on your customers' detailed website or app behavior. The system registers this event when a contact's behavioral attribute within a specific group changes.
Prerequisites
An active Intelligence - Engage account connection
The website/app visitor data is matched with the campaign audience using the Mapp Intelligence tracking script. For more information, see Mapp Cloud User Matching.
