# Prediction-based Campaigns: Coupon Usage Based on Conversion Probability

Mapp's Artificial Intelligence Assistant includes a predictive feature to better segment audiences and target them in Mapp Engage.

This use case illustrates how an insight-led coupon campaign can help reduce unnecessary costs and increase performance via better targeting.
