# Predefined Exports

### Overview

Predefined exports provide fixed datasets designed for specific reporting and analysis scenarios. Unlike Raw Data Export and Simplified Data Export, predefined exports use a predefined data structure with limited customization.

Use predefined exports when one of the available datasets already matches your reporting needs and you want minimal configuration effort.

### When to Use Predefined Exports

Predefined Exports are a good choice when:

- A predefined dataset meets your requirements
- You want to minimize configuration effort
- Consistent data structures are important
- Rapid deployment is preferred over maximum flexibility
