Compose a Web Push Notification

Goal

Create and schedule a web push notification for a selected website channel.

Prerequisites

• Access to a previously created website channel.

• Permission to create and send Web Push Notifications.

Procedure

1. Go to Create New > Message > Web Push Notification.

2. Enter a unique Name. Optionally add a Description. (These are not visible to contacts.)
   

3. Under Website, choose the desired website channel.
   

4. In Content, enter a Title and Message Body. You can personalize both with recipient-specific content.
   

5. In Icons, add an icon (upload or select from the Content Store).
   

6. In Message Action, specify the website to open when the contact interacts with the notification.
   

7. In Delivery Trigger (By Time), choose Immediately or set a specific Delivery Date, Time, and Time Zone.

8. In Target Audience, select All opt-in users or Specific and choose from existing selections.
   

9. Review the Summary to see an overview of all settings.
