      Navigation Path​

      1. In the main navigation menu, click ​Audience > Group Management > Groups.

      2. Click ​Configuration Template​.
        ⇒ The ​Configuration Template​ window opens.

      3. In the ​Actions​ column, click Edit ​ or the  symbol.
        ⇒ The window opens to the ​General Settings​ tab.

      Purpose​

      This window creates basic settings for your Mapp Engage group.

      What Can I Do In This window?

      Define the name and description of the configuration template.

      Description

      ​Name​

      Defines the name of the configuration template.

      The group name does not have to be unique and can be changed.

      By default, the group name is a part of the ​From Address​ that contacts see in their email inbox. You can edit the ​From Address​ on the ​Reply Handling​ window.

      ​Description​

      Defines a description of the configuration template.

      Use this field to store additional information or identify the purpose of the configuration template. For example, "Subscribers in Canada". If you create multiple configuration templates for your system, enter a description for each one.
