Contacts in Source Statistics

The source statistics provide a detailed overview of the number of contacts that exist in the system that were generated by internal or external sources.
Source statistics are available following the generation of first contact. When a contact is generated by a source, the source of this contact, i.e. the origin can no longer be changed. For the lifetime of a contact, the source ID of the corresponding source is included in the profile of the contact.
By selecting the desired time frame in the graph, the number of system-wide deactivated contacts and the number of total contacts available in the system at any given time can be seen.
Contacts (Total)
Contacts (Total) displays the contacts generated by a source in the system.
The following contacts are included in the Contacts (Total) calculation:
Active contacts
System-wide deactivated contacts
Active Contacts
Active Contacts displays the contacts generated by a source that are currently active system-wide.
The following contacts are included in the Active Contacts calculation:
Contacts that have Active status within their group
Contacts that have the Pending Aspirant status within their group
Contacts that have the Pending status within their group
Contacts that have the Deactivated status within their group
System-wide Deactivated Contacts
System-wide Deactivated Contacts display the contacts generated by a source that is currently deactivated system-wide.
The total includes only system-wide deactivated contacts. Contacts that are deactivated within any group are not calculated here.
