These settings control visibility, lifecycle, ownership, and internal workflow status. --- ## Editable Settings ### Name Defines the internal name of the element. The name does not need to be unique and can be changed at any time. If an image is uploaded from a CMS paragraph or HTML email, the system may generate the name automatically based on the file name. --- ### Contributor Email Defines the responsible author of the element. The contributor and the owner do not need to be identical. --- ### Due Date Defines an internal deadline for content delivery. You can send a reminder email to the contributor. --- ### Visible to Everyone Controls whether the element is accessible to all system users. - **Yes** – Visible to all users - **No** – Restricted visibility --- ### Expiration Date Defines when the element is automatically deleted from the system. If **Automatic Expiration Date** is enabled, the element is deleted 180 days after its last access. Each access resets the 180-day period. --- ### Status Defines the internal workflow state of the element. Available states: - Open - In Progress - Ready --- ### Category Assigns the element to a category for organizational purposes. --- ## System Information The Settings page also displays system-generated information that cannot be modified. This includes: - **Content Store ID** – Automatically assigned unique identifier. The ID can be used to search for the element within the system. - **Owner** – The system user who created the element. The owner cannot be changed. - **Type** – The content type of the element. - **Creation Date** – The date and time when the element was added. - **Encoding** – The file encoding (if applicable). These values are managed automatically by the system.
