Navigation Path
In the Main Navigation, click Content > Content Store.
⇒ The Content Store window opens to the All Files tab.In the Actions column, click > Preview.
⇒ The Preview Content Store window opens.
Purpose
The preview displays the following information:
The name of the content store element
A preview of the image
URL for download
Placeholder to insert the content store element into an email
Placeholder to insert the content store element into a website

Field | Description |
---|---|
Name | Displays the name of the content store element. The owner of the content store element creates the name. You can change the name of the content store element at any time. The name does not have to be unique. To change the name, edit the content store element. If you uploaded the image to a CMS paragraph, Engage uses the name of the file to generate the name of the content store element. If you uploaded the image during HTML email creation, Engage uses the name of the image in the message body to generate the name of the content store element. For more information, see Store Email Images to the Content Store Automatically. |
ID | Displays the ID of the content store element. When you create a content store element, Engage assigns the element a unique ID number. You can use this ID number to search for the element anywhere in the system. |
Preview | Displays a preview of the image. |
URL for Download | Displays the URL of the location where the content store element is stored on the Engage server. |
Placeholder for Email | Displays a placeholder that you can use to insert the content store element in an email. For instructions, see Use a Content Store Element in an Email. |
Placeholder for Website | Displays a placeholder that you can use to insert the content store element in a website or landing page. |
