Goal
To create an email message based on a predefined email template using the Content Management System (CMS).

Prerequisites
At least one email template is available.
You have permission to create and edit email messages.
Procedure
1. Create the Email Message
Go to Messages > Create New > Email.
Select a CMS email template.
Enter a name for the email message.
Click Create.
The message editor opens.
2. Edit the Message Content
Edit the content within the structure defined by the selected template.
Depending on how the template was built, some areas are editable while others are locked to preserve layout or branding.
You can typically edit:
Text and headlines
Images
Links
Personalization and dynamic content
Template variables exposed in the editor panel
All changes apply only to the current message and do not affect the template.
3. Prepare the Sendout
When the message is ready, click Prepare Sendout.
Choose one of the following options:
Send to Group
Use for one-time campaigns. You can send immediately or schedule the message.
Sent or scheduled messages appear under Messages > Outbox > Email.
Save as Prepared Message
Use when the message is part of an automation or Whiteboard flow.
Prepared messages are stored under Messages > Prepared Messages > Email.
