Compose Content Store Element

Overview

The Content Store Element page is used to create or edit a reusable content item in the Content Store.

You can upload a file or add HTML content that can later be reused in emails, templates, and landing pages.


Navigation Path

Content > Content Store

  • To create a new element, click Create.

  • To edit an existing element, select an element in the list and click Edit.


Name

Defines the internal name of the content store element.

  • Maximum length: 60 characters

  • The name does not need to be unique

  • If left empty, the system assigns a default name


Description

Defines a description of the element.

For image files, the description is automatically used as ALT text when the image is inserted into a message.


Content / Attachment

Defines how the content is added.

Upload File

Uploads a file from your computer.

Use Browse to select a file.

  • Maximum file size: 500 KB

  • Large files can negatively impact email deliverability

  • Unnecessary metadata is automatically removed from image files

All uploaded files are scanned with an antivirus scanner.

Files that may contain executable or malicious code are not permitted.


HTML / HTML Editor

Adds HTML content instead of uploading a file.

  • HTML Code – Enter HTML manually

  • HTML Editor – Create HTML content in WYSIWYG mode


Expiration Date

Defines how long the element remains available in the system.

  • By default, elements expire automatically 180 days after the last access

  • If Automatic Expiration Date is disabled, the element is deleted on the specified date regardless of access


Visible to Everyone

Defines whether the element is accessible to all users.

  • Yes – The element is available to all users

  • No – Access is restricted based on user permissions
