Go to *Content > Landing Pages* and click **Create**. ⇒ The wizard opens in the step **Basic Settings**. 2. Enter a **Name**. The name identifies the landing page in Mapp Engage and is mandatory. 3. Optional: Enter a **Description**. 4. From the **Domain** drop-down list, select the domain for the landing page. If your system has only one domain, it is selected automatically. 5. Enter a **Page Name**. The page name becomes part of the landing page URL. It must be unique and cannot contain spaces or special characters. 6. Click **Next**. --- ## Step 2: Build & Design Landing Page 1. Create the content with the code editor, the graphical HTML editor, or the HTML import function. For the options, see [2. Build & Design](/v1/docs/2-build-design). 2. Click **Next**. --- ## Step 3: Publishing Options 1. Under **Publish**, select when the landing page is published: - **Publish immediately**: The landing page goes live when you click **Publish**. - **Schedule publishing date and time**: The landing page goes live at the date and time you select. The date must be before the expiration date. 2. Under **Deactivates on**, select whether the landing page is deactivated automatically: - **Landing Page never deactivates**: The landing page stays live until you deactivate it manually. - **Schedule expiration date and time**: The landing page is deactivated at the date and time you select. The date must be after the publishing date. 3. Optional: In **Redirection (after deactivation)**, enter the URL to which visitors are redirected after the landing page is deactivated. For when the redirect applies, see [Fallback Redirection for Unavailable Landing Pages in Mapp Engage](/v1/docs/site-specific-and-global-redirection). 4. Optional: Click **Preview Landing Page** to check the page. 5. Click **Publish**. ⇒ The landing page is published immediately or at the scheduled time. Its URL is shown under **Landing Page URL**. > [!NOTE] > Note > > Landing pages that are not live have the status **Unpublished** in the overview. This applies to landing pages that were never published and to deactivated landing pages. --- ## Related Topics - [Personalize a Landing Page](/v1/docs/engage-variables-in-landing-pages) - [Send a Landing Page in a Message](/v1/docs/send-a-landing-page-in-a-message) - [Landing Pages: Overview](/v1/docs/cms-landing-pages-overview-window)
