# Create Subscribe and Unsubscribe Microsites

## Prerequisites​

| A **Microsite**Framework | [Create a New Framework](/v1/docs/create-a-new-framework) |
| --- | --- |
| At least one **Form** Block | Blocks |
| A subscription Group | [Create New Group](/v1/docs/create-new-group-window) |

> There can only be one unsubscribe microsite per subscription group.

## A) Tracking and Links Update for Group Settings

For unsubscribe forms, add the user and group IDs to the **Tracking & Links**options to give each recipient a unique URL. This URL tells the system who to unsubscribe from a group.

1. In the ​Main Navigation, click **​** *Audience >Groups*.
2. In the **Actions**column of your subscription group, click *![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/1a4d851c-cc88-4e68-840b-1fbd230b33de.png) > ​Change Settings* or the ![](https://cdn.document360.io/554b9b98-6720-4d8b-9919-c7b203d72648/Images/Documentation/c8baf809-81de-4362-a2a0-3cf3770f3634.png) symbol.
3. Click **Tracking & Links**.
4. In the **Link Parameters**section, click +.
5. Click the **​Name for link parameter** field and enter the name of the link parameter.

> In this field, you can enter the **uid**for the user ID.
6. Click the **Value for Link Parameter** field, then click **​Personalization**.
7. To enter the user ID, in the **​Identifiers**​ drop-down list, click ​**User ID**.
8. In the ​**Link Parameters**section, click ​**+**.
9. Click the ​**Name for link parameter**field and enter the name of the link parameter.

> In this field, you can enter the **gid**for the group ID.
10. Click the ​Value for Link Parameter​ field and paste or enter **<%group.id%>**. For more information on how to add these values to the link parameters, see [​Tracking & Links (Tab)](/v1/docs/tracking-links-tab).
11. Select **save**.

## B) Create Your Microsite​

1. In the **Main Navigation​**, click *Content​* *> ​Microsites*.
2. Click **Create Microsite**.

4. Click **Next Step**

6. Click **Next Step**or **Save as Draft** is you want to continue later.

9. Select **Activate**.
