    Article summary

The Contact Statistics offer an overview of all existing groups and contacts in a system.

How the number of contacts has changed from system creation can be analyzed. By selecting the desired time frame in the graph, the number of system-wide deactivated contacts and the number of total contacts available in the system at any given time can be seen.

    Group

Groups show the number of groups in a system at the time the data was last calculated. If a system includes more than one domain, these are added and displayed as a total.

The following groups are included in the Groups calculation:

    • Active Groups

    • Archived Groups

    Contacts (Total)

Contacts (Total) shows the number of contacts in a system for a specific time frame.

The following contacts are included in the Contacts (Total) calculation:

    • Active contacts

    • System-wide deactivated contacts

    Active Contacts

Active Contacts show the number of active contacts in a system for a specific time frame.

The following contacts are included in the Active Contacts calculation:

    • Contacts that have  Active status within their group

    • Contacts that have the Pending Aspirant status within their group

    • Contacts that have the Pending status within their group

    • Contacts that have the Deactivated status within their group

    System-wide Deactivated Contacts

System-wide Deactivated Contacts show the number of system-wide deactivated contacts in a system for a specific time frame.

The total includes only system-wide deactivated contacts. Contacts that are deactivated within any group are not calculated here.
