Group​

Any Group​: Engage registers this event when a new contact is added to any Engage group.

Specific Group​: Engage registers this event when a new contact is added to one or more specific Engage groups. You can select up to 15 groups.

To add a group, click the input field. To remove a group, click the  symbol.

Restriction

None: You do not add additional restrictions.

Message Category​: Engage registers this event when a contact clicks the unsubscribe link in a message with the selected message category.

Email Message​:  Engage registers this event when a contact clicks the unsubscribe link in the selected message. This option is only available if a specific group is selected for the event. You can only see messages for which you have the required permissions. You can select up to 15 messages.

To limit the available email messages, you can select between the following message types:

• ​Prepared Email Messages:​ Limits the event to contacts who click the unsubscribe link in the selected prepared message. If you select multiple messages, Engage registers the event for only the first unsubscribe per contact per group.

• ​Scheduled or Sent Email Messages:​ Limits the event to contacts who click the unsubscribe link in the selected scheduled message or prepared message. If you select multiple messages, Engage registers the event for only the first unsubscribe per contact per group.
