Export Group Blacklist

Goal​

To export the group blacklist as a CSV file.

Background Information​

A group blacklist applies to a single group in the Mapp Engage system.

.A blacklist can contain the following types of entries:

• Email addresses

• Mobile phone numbers

• Domains

If you add contacts regularly to the blacklist by an automatic import, inform your customer representative.

Procedure​

1. In the ​Main Navigation​, click ​Contacts​ > ​Blacklist

   ⇒The ​Group Blacklist​ window opens

2. From the ​Group​ drop-down list, select the group for which you want to export a blacklist

3. Click the ​Export​ button.
   ⇒The ​Export Blacklist​ window opens

4. To export only verified blacklist entries, select the ​Verified​ check box

   Hint: A few hours after a new contact or domain is added to the blacklist, the system verifies that the contacts were deleted from the group. Entries that have been confirmed deleted from the group are assigned the ​Verified​ status

   To include the date and time on which the blacklist entry was added in the CSV file, select the ​Creation Date​ check box

5. Click the ​Export​ button
   ⇒An email that contains a link to access the CSV file is sent to your email account. The file can be accessed for seven days
