Overview

The Exports overview provides access to all exports configured in your system. From here, you can review existing exports, start them manually, and manage their configuration. This helps you control how and when data is exported from the system.

Some export types require additional features to be activated. For more information, contact your customer service representative.

Available Information

Column

Description

Name

Shows the name of the export. The name is defined during creation and identifies the export in the system.

Type

Shows the export type. Available types depend on your system configuration. Cloud exports are displayed according to the selected cloud data (for example, “Aggregated Recipient Activity”).

ID

Shows the unique export ID assigned by the system. This value cannot be changed.

Owner

Shows the user who created the export. The owner cannot be changed.

Last Generated

Shows the date and time when the export file was last generated.


Export Details

When you select an export in the list, additional information is displayed in the details area. The selected export is highlighted.

Description

Description

Displays the export's optional description.

Time Frame

Shows the period for which data was exported and indicates whether the time frame is relative or absolute.

Time Zone

Shows the time zone used to calculate the export period.

Additional Parameters

Displays any additional parameters applied to the export. This section is only visible for cloud exports.

Messages

Shows the criteria used to select the export data.

Exported Data

Shows which data was selected for export.

Export Configuration

Shows the file format and export settings, including the server address where the file was uploaded.

Description

Create

Creates a new export. Step 1. Type, of the export definition wizard opens. Follow the steps to create and save the export.

Generate Export

Starts the selected export.

Edit

Opens the selected export in edit mode. The export opens to Step 1. Type, of the export definition wizard. You can change the configuration settings of the existing export.

Copy

Opens a complete copy of the selected export in edit mode. The copy opens to Step 1. Type of the export definition wizard. You can edit the name and settings to create a new export based on the copy.

Delete

Deletes the selected exports after confirmation. Deleted exports cannot be restored.
