# Generate an Export and Report

## Objective

Run a weekly export of conversion data and report of message activity.

## Prerequisites

Before you build the whiteboard, make sure you define the export and the report in Mapp Engage. For more information, see [Reports](/v1/docs/reports) and [Exports](/v1/docs/exports).

## Whiteboard

This Whiteboard runs a regular export of conversion data and a report of message activity, according to your export and report definition.

**Show detailed configuration**

1. Create a recurring system Whiteboard.

> The Process Control XML job is also available for Scheduled Whiteboards.
