# Global Permissions List

Global permissions define access that is related to specific Mapp Engage features and administrative activities.

## Available Permissions for System Roles​

The following global permissions can be enabled for a system role:

| 101 | ​System Administration: View processes overview​ | User can see all running processes in the system. |
| 103 | ​System Administration: Use API 2.0​ | Deprecated. |
| 104 | ​System Administration: View and edit message limitation​ | User can change basic system settings such as message limitations. |
| 105 | ​System Administration: View graphical user interface​ | User can access the Mapp Engage system after login. |
| 106 | ​Data Import and Export: Manual import of contact data​ | User can upload a list of contacts and contact data to a group from an XML, CSV, or text file. Contacts can be added, updated, or deleted during import. |
| 107 | ​Group Administration: Change group owner​ | User can change the owner of a group. |
| 111 | ​Statistics: View Statistics 2.0​ | User can view the new statistics area. |
| 112 | ​Statistics: View Statistics 1.0​ | User can view the old statistics area. |
| 113 | ​System Administration: Change the permissions of lower system roles​ | User can change system-wide permissions. |
| 114 | ​Statistics: Export system statistics report​ | User can download all system-wide statistics. |
| 116 | ​System Administration: Set billing prices​ | User can set the price for all actions in the system that have an associated billing. |

| 236 | ​Data Import and Export: Add new attribute metadata​ | User can change the database by adding new profile attributes via import or manual input. User can create attribute enumeration. |
| 237 | ​Statistics: View all tracking information​ | User can view all tracking information (message history) in the system. |
| 238 | ​Statistics: Export partner statistics report​ | User can download all partner statistics in the system. |
| 239 | ​System Administration: View Log Tracker​ | User can view log entries in Log Tracker. |
| 240 | ​Contacts: Manage Control Addresses​ | User can manage control addresses. |
