# Group Permissions List

The following group permissions can be enabled for a group role:

| ID | Name | Description |
| --- | --- | --- |
| 304 | Group Administration: Create group | User can create a group. |
| 401 | Group Administration: Delete group | User can delete groups. |
| 402 | Group Administration: Edit group settings | User can edit the general group settings as well as group specific landing pages and system messages. |
| 403 | Group Administration: Change the permissions of lower group roles | User can change the permissions of other users of this group. |
| 404 | Group Administration: View group | User can view groups. |
| 405 | Group Administration: Edit response handling | User can view and change the group response handling settings in the group settings. |
| 406 | Statistics: Export group statistics | User can download the statistics for the group. |
| 429 | Messaging: Edit local parts of a CMS SuperMessage | User can edit localised parts in a SuperMessage created in the CMS. |
| 430 | Group Administration: Receive XML notifications and edit settings | User receives XML notifications about each subscription, unsubscription, bounce or profile change, according to the group settings. |
| 433 | Group Administration: Import group attributes | User can import group attributes via CSV or XML file. |
| 434 | Group Administration: Edit unsubscription tracking | User can specify whether subscriptions/unsubscriptions should be tracked and stored in Engage or not (e.g. in case all tracking is done in an external tool). |
| 502 | Members: Confirm and reject members | User has to confirm new members or can reject them (moderate memberships). |
| 503 | Members: Change group role of other users | User can change the group role of members which have a lower group role. |
| 505 | Members: Edit group blacklist | User can add members to the group blacklist. |
| 506 | Members: Remove members | User can remove members from the group and can delete recipients during import. |
| 507 | Members: Edit any user's read mode | User can change read mode of other users. |
| 508 | Members: View group members | User can view the members of the group. |
| 509 | Members: Delete or reactivate deactivated members | User can delete/reactivate deactivated recipients. |
| 510 | Members: Invite new members | User can invite other users to the group. |
| 511 | Members: Import new members | User can import new members. |
| 513 | Members: Add members with welcome message | User can add new recipients to the group. Added ones receive a welcome message. |
| 514 | Members: Add members without welcome message | User can add new recipients to the group. Added ones will not be informed with any system message about the changes. |
| 515 | Group Administration: View group blacklist | User can view the group blacklist. |
| 516 | Group Administration: View bounced messages in group | User can view the bounces in the group. |
| 518 | Members: Edit own read mode | User can change his or her own read mode. |
| 519 | Members: Export member data | User can export group member data (User ID, profile data). |
| 601 | Messaging: Send email messages | User can send email messages. |
| 602 | Messaging: Moderate messages | User can moderate messages. |
| 605 | Messaging: View sent messages | User can view messages in the outbox. |
| 606 | Messaging: View messages online | User can view the online version of a message. |
| 608 | Messaging: View message statistics | User can view message statistics. |
| 609 | Statistics: Export message statistics | User can download all message statistics. |
| 610 | Messaging: View Inbox Monitoring | User can use the Inbox Monitoring feature. |
| 618 | Messaging: Schedule message sendout | User can schedule a message. |
| 621 | Messaging: Edit image handling mode | User can set picture handling inline or hosted. |
| 623 | Messaging: Edit link redirection and link categories | User can set up link redirection in the group settings, manually redirect individual links, and add categories to links. |
| 626 | Messaging: Export messages | User can export messages. |
| 627 | Messaging: Delete messages | User can delete messages and SuperMessages. |
| 628 | Messaging: Edit own prepared messages | User can view/edit his own prepared messages. |
| 629 | Messaging: Edit all prepared messages | User can edit any prepared message. |
| 630 | Messaging: View all prepared messages | User can view all prepared messages. |
| 631 | Messaging: Domeus default permission | This permission is only needed for Domeus. This permission should not be used for Engage systems and should be deactivated for all user roles. |
| 632 | Messaging: View tracking data for archived messages | User can access old tracking data from archived messages. |
| 701 | Messaging: Send SMS messages | User can send SMS messages. |
| 710 | Messaging: Send mobile push messages | User can send mobile push messages. |
| 900 | Messaging: View and Export SuperGroup message statistics | User can view and download SuperMessage statistics. |
| 901 | Group Administration: Edit SuperGroups | User can administrate SuperGroups including the creation of SuperGroups and the adding of members. |
| 904 | Messaging: Edit SuperMessages in SuperGroups | User can create a SuperMessage. |
