A Customer Journey is stored as soon as a website goal is attained. Therefore, "normal" time dimensions (hours, days, etc.) cannot be used for analyzing single contacts.
A Customer Journey in Mapp Intelligence captures the sequence of campaign interactions users have before reaching a defined website goal (e.g., purchase, signup).
