Integration Overview
Step 1: Creating Event Parameters
Define the required parameters in Mapp Intelligence to track engagement at element level.
Step 2: Configuring and Activating the Plugin
Set the core behavior of the plugin — including thresholds, time settings, and integration method (Smart Pixel, Tag Integration, or Pixel v4).
Select and label the content elements you want to track, using CSS selectors or direct references in your code.
Step 4: Checking the Configuration
Use the built-in debug mode to verify whether all elements are correctly recognized and tracked.
Step 5: Creating a Custom Formula
Define calculated metrics (e.g. “Content Engagement > 50%”) to support meaningful analysis in Mapp Intelligence.
