The step begins with a popup where you choose from predefined templates under Web In-App or Native In-App. After selection, you configure and preview the message using the *Content* and *Configuration* tabs. A *Preview Contact* option allows you to simulate personalization for a specific user. --- ### Navigation Path During message creation, follow the message creation process until you reach **Template**. --- ### Template Selection | **Setting** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | **Template Type** | Choose between *Web In-App* and *Native In-App* templates using the tabs. | | **Template Selection** | Select a predefined template such as “Custom HTML”, “Standard”, “Fullscreen”, or “Banner”. | | **Rendering Method** | Web templates are rendered via HTML; Native templates use mobile SDK rendering for iOS/Android. | ### Content Tab | **Element** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | **Image** | Upload an image or select one from the Content Store. | | **Content** | Define the message headline and body; configure text color. | | **Buttons** | Add up to two buttons with label, background color, text color, and an action.
