# Mapp Intelligence: Introducing Smart Pixel Support in Tag Integration

**02 December 2024** We’re excited to announce that our in-house [Tag Integration](/v1/docs/mapp-tag-integration-pixel-v5) now supports the Smart Pixel, enhancing your tracking setup with greater flexibility and simplicity.

## Key Benefits

## How does it work?

1. **Create a Web Container**: Begin by setting up a web container in Tag Integration.
2. **Add the Smart Pixel Core Plugin**: Configure the basic settings for your Smart Pixel, such as the Track ID, domain, and cookie preferences.
3. **Create Smart Pixel Snippets**: Use the embedded Smart Pixel GUI to define and customize individual tracking snippets for events, user actions, or custom tracking needs.
4. **Assemble Your Container**: Combine your Core plugin and snippets to build a complete container ready for deployment.
