Mapp Intelligence determines the origin by the IP address. If you configured the IP addresses to be deleted completely in the system configuration in the section Data Collection, the internet providers can not be determined.
Some IP address blocks officially belong to specific companies. If the provider name is unknown, the company's name is used, to which the IP address block could be assigned.
