Why can’t I upload Apple iOS certificates to the Marketing Cloud?

  • Ensure your certificates are valid and include the correct capabilities:

    • Development for the development channel.

    • Production for the production channel.

  • Match certificates with their respective bundle IDs.

Why can’t I send rich push notifications or add media to my notifications?

Troubleshooting

No debug logs display after integrating the SDK:

  • Ensure the SDK setup is completed.

  • On the first launch, check for [Appoxee Debug] Engaging Appoxee SDK... in Xcode.

Critical error: Missing SDK ID/App Secret:

Confirm the SDK ID and App Secret are correctly entered. Missing credentials result in [Appoxee Critical] logs.

Error: Wrong SDK ID used:

Verify the correct SDK ID is used to prevent [Appoxee Error] HTTP code: 403.

How to utilize Appoxee SDK logs:

Debug logs provide detailed error information. Check log levels (Debug, Error, Critical) for debugging.
