Mapp Engage: Best Sendout Time

06 Apr 2020 This feature is now extended to cater for all send-out methods from Engage. When enabled, the group Sendout Time will be personalized to send on optimal time for each of the contacts within the group.

How does it work?

Simply select The Best Sendout Time when creating your Sendout as shown below.

Important Notes and Recommendations

• The algorithm is triggered after 5 mail open events are gathered​

• The Sendout for the particular contact might be postponed by no more than 24 hours​

Availability

The feature has been available since Q4'19 and is now extended to all Sendout methods in Engage. This feature might require contractual changes. Please contact your Account Manager.
