# Mapp Engage: Best Sendout Time

**06 Apr 2020** This feature is now extended to cater for all send-out methods from Engage. When enabled, the group Sendout Time will be personalized to send on optimal time for each of the contacts within the group.

## How does it work?

Simply select *The Best Sendout Time* when creating your Sendout as shown below.

## Important Notes and Recommendations

- The algorithm is triggered after 5 mail open events are gathered​
- The Sendout for the particular contact might be postponed by no more than 24 hours​

## Availability

The feature has been available since Q4'19 and is now extended to all Sendout methods in Engage. This feature might require contractual changes. Please contact your Account Manager.
