# Mapp Engage Clusters and Time Zones

Mapp Engage is hosted on so-called clusters. Each Engage system has a default time zone that depends on the cluster it is on.

Knowing which cluster and time zone are relevant to your Engage system is helpful, as they may affect how imported data behaves.

- European clusters use the "**Europe/Berlin**" time zone as default.
- US clusters use the "**US/Eastern** " time zone as default.

Currently, there are four main clusters:

| Cluster | URL | Standard Time | Daylight Saving Time |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| EU | NBG | https://jamie.**g**.shortest-route.com/charon/api/v1/ | CET (UTC+1) | CEST (UTC+2) |
| MUC | https://jamie.**h**.shortest-route.com/charon/api/v1/ |
| US | NBG | https://jamie.**a**.shortest-route.com/charon/api/v1/ | EST (UTC-5) | EDT (UTC-4) |
| MUC | https://jamie.**c**.shortest-route.com/charon/api/v1/ |

> Reach out to your account or customer success manager to find out the cluster of your Engage system.
