# Mapp Engage: Enhanced Statistics for Mobile In-App Messages

**01 Jun 2022** This is a preannouncement of the new statistics page for In-App messages in Mapp Engage that will give you instant insights into their performance and contact behavior.

## Key Benefits

- Gain valuable insight into the delivery performance of your in-app messages
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each in-app message
- Obtain an overview of the reactions of your contacts to your in-app communication

## How does it work?

In-App message statistics are available under *Statistics ​> ​Group Messages > In-App*.

> [!TIP]
> The statistics collected so far for your In-App messages will remain safely stored in the system and available to you, but they will not be updated with the newly added metrics. For all new In-App messages, the new enhanced statistics will be available.
