Mapp Engage: Fixes and Improvements

24 July 2026 This Mapp Engage release includes a range of fixes and improvements across the product.

Summary of changes

  • Email: The email preview now displays correctly when preparing a sendout.

  • SMS: More reliable delivery of test messages to test recipients.

  • User interface: Several smaller usability improvements — frozen attributes are clearly marked as non-editable, long URLs are handled better when assigning link categories, and sorting or filtering attributes on the contact profile updates in place instead of reloading the page.

  • Tracking: Mapp Engage now uses the same device detection as Mapp Intelligence for email opens and link clicks, improving consistency across both products.
