Flutter plugin version 0.1.1 is now available.

## Summary of changes

- Aligned with Mapp Engage Android SDK 7.1.0
- Updated Android build tooling (Gradle 9.4.1, Android Gradle Plugin 9.2.1)
- Aligned with Mapp Engage In-App iOS SDK 6.0.11, which improves the reliability of In-App message event tracking
