Mapp Engage: Improved Error Reporting for Whiteboard Imports

01 Feb 2022 Whiteboards now offer improved import notifications. For all time-based whiteboards, you can activate notifications in case imports have failed.

Key Benefits

• System users are notified about imports that failed because they contained no files

• You can specify who should receive the notification

• Activate and deactivate notifications with a simple toggle switch

How does it work?

1. Click Whiteboard Settings.
   

2. In the Whiteboard Settings window click Notification.

3. Enable the toggle switch "Notify when imports have no file".
   

4. Click Apply.

Availability

This feature is part of our winter update 2022 which went live on February 1st. The notification is available for all time-based whiteboards.
