# Getting Started

## Prerequisites

Before starting the integration:

1. **Development Environment**:
  - Xcode 10+ with a base SDK of iOS 10+.
  - Deployment target set to iOS 10 or above.
2. **Configuration**:
  - An Apple Developer account with permission to generate certificates and identifiers.
  - A Mapp Engage account with the mobile app channel activated.
3. **Certificates and Provisioning**:
  - Generate an APN certificate or p8 key for push notifications.
  - Ensure provisioning profiles are updated and valid.
