2 June 2026: Mapp Engage now supports localized transactional messaging and product data across multiple Adobe Commerce Store Views within a single website. This enables brands to deliver both emails and product information in each shopper’s preferred language and regional context.
Key Benefits
Manage localized transactional emails and product content for multiple Store Views from one integrated setup.
Ensure language-specific communication and product data across all customer touchpoints.
Reduce complexity with centralized mapping between Adobe Commerce and Engage for each Store View.
How Does It Work?
A single Adobe Commerce installation connected to Mapp Engage can now handle multiple Store Views, each with its own localized configuration.
Store View–specific groups and messages: Each Store View is linked to unique Engage groups and localized prepared messages, ensuring the right language is used for every email.
Localized product attributes: Product names, descriptions, and metadata defined per Store View in Adobe Commerce are synchronized with Mapp Engage, so marketers can include the correct localized product details in emails and automations.
Centralized configuration: Store View mappings and message assignments are managed directly in Adobe Commerce, streamlining updates and maintaining consistency across languages.
