Mapp Engage: New SMS Provider

04 Aug 2020 Mapp has expanded the selection of available SMS providers with Pure Bros Mobile.

Limitations

• You can only send out messages with Pure Bros, not receive.

• Supported regions: Italy, France, Germany, Spain

How does it work?

1. Go to Administration > Channels in your Mapp Engage account.

2. Click the Create button to set up a new channel.

3. Fill in the Name field.

4. Select Type: Mobile Message.

   

5. Select Provider: PUREBROS.

   

6. Add a channel description (optional).

7. Click Create.

You can also select PUREBROS on Step 3 of the message creation process:
Create > New Message > SMS Message
