# Mapp Engage: New SMS Provider

**04 Aug 2020** Mapp has expanded the selection of available SMS providers with **Pure Bros Mobile**.

## Key Benefits

Recommended to agencies providing services to various customers.

- Use available shared sender short codes in a fast and easy way.
- Spend less time on preparing your campaign launch.
- Cost-effective channel offering.
- Fully integrated response handling with all responses from Pure Bros.
- Fully integrated Statistics & Exports.

## Availability

All customers with the SMS option enabled.

## Limitations

- You can only send out messages with Pure Bros, not receive.
- Supported regions: Italy, France, Germany, Spain

## How does it work?

1. Go to *Administration > Channels* in your Mapp Engage account.
2. Click the **Create** button to set up a new channel.
3. Fill in the **Name** field.
4. Select Type: **Mobile Message**.

5. Select Provider: PUREBROS.

6. Add a channel description (optional).
7. Click **Create**.

You can also select PUREBROS on Step 3 of the message creation process: *Create > New Message > SMS Message*
