# Mapp Engage: Reply Handling Improvement with DMARC

**31 Jan 2024** Mapp Engage has introduced a new reply handling solution that enhances deliverability by ensuring better domain alignment.

## Key Benefits

- Improved deliverability - preventing DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance) failures that may occur when setting a different FROM domain, leading to alignment issues.
- DMARC can still be disabled on request. A different FROM domain can be used if needed.
- If DMARC is disabled, an alert warns users that the FROM domain differs from the system domain.

## Prerequisites

Any additional sendout domains must be authorized before they can be used in Engage. For more information, see [Domain Verification](/v1/docs/domain-verification).

## How does it work?

1. Create a new group: *Audience > Groups > Create.*
