# Mapp Engage: Two New Whiteboard Templates

**10 March 2026** The Whiteboard template library has been expanded with two additional templates for common lifecycle marketing campaigns.

The following templates are now available:

- **Post-purchase Campaign**

An event-based Whiteboard that sends follow-up communication after a purchase to engage customers and encourage repeat interaction.
- **Winback Campaign with A/B Test**

A recurring Whiteboard that tests two variants of a win-back email to determine which message is more effective at reactivating inactive customers.

## Availability

This update is being rolled out to Mapp Engage environments on March 10–11, 2026.
